A Truffle Evening at The Wolf
Famous for their delicate, musky flavour and relatively short season, which runs from September to December, it’s perhaps no surprise to Brisbanites that the city’s most loved European restaurant, The Wolf, has compiled a menu to satiate the appetite of any mushroom-mood client.
Bringing the best of truffle season to Brisbane, The Wolf will serve an exclusive menu brought to life by Executive Head Chef, Kym Machin. Our much craved annual truffle dinner is back on Thursday September 5 at 6:30pm.
The Wolf’s Truffle menu invites diners for a sensational four course dinner (includes eight tastings) with paired wines. Guests will enjoy some of the region’s finest truffles, handpicked from Northern NSW from a private farm and crafted into a unique culinary experience by Executive Head Chef, Kym Machin.
