The Wolf is influenced heavily from France, Italy & Spain across its menus. Using traditional techniques alongside a Charcoal furnace to deliver distinct flavour profiles.
The very beginning of our creative process is the balance of food and wine. We take a simple idea and then explore countless flavours, techniques and texture combinations, until it evolves. The menu features an exploration of ingredients, dishes and wines from these regions, inspired by the team’s extraordinary culinary history (1-3 Michelin) and the outstanding local ingredient diversity surrounding us. The curated wine list is a journey, which follows the grape varietal by region and evolving weekly.
